Family Study

We love the time together to read and study God's Word.  

It consists mainly of reading through the Bible, but we have discussed books, studies, and over time our discussions keep getting better and better. 

We have learned much through studying and reading and tasting God's Word; sometimes it is bittersweet, other times it is sweet as honey on our lips, and all along we are learning more of how to live, what it means to be a woman or a man of God, our responsibilities according to His Word, and what He is saying to us, to our family, our churches, and our country.  

At times we may be sad because we see how we have fallen so far away from God's original intent for our lives here on this earth.  

Yet, we are willing to hear His words, willing to sit, to study, to encourage one another, and yes, hear what God is saying to us.

Here is a time of study in the great outdoors, with a bit of goofiness thrown in, aka Jenny, a wave to people driving by, and a song or 2.  Such good times in His word :). 

Take joy each moment you have with one another and God's word, and make time for it; it will be one of the most important investments you will ever make.
